ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES
Looking for Something Unique?
Whatever your vision, we can bring it to life.
Custom designs can range from something simple (e.g., a longer version of a standard linear burner) to very complex (e.g.,
burners to fit a vertical feature). The vision might be unconventional in placement such as in-ground or at the edge of a pool. No
matter the idea, having your custom fire featured designed and built doesn't have to be complicated. Any vision can easily
become a reality with Warming Trends' design expertise and unmatched manufacturing capabilities.
Dream-to-Reality in 3 Steps
-
Our starting point is to gain a full understanding of the fire feature you envision. We will work closely with you to clarify all the project details:
-
Fire Feature shape, size, ignition, media, budget, and deadlines.
-
Site Specifics, e.g., residential/commercial, gas supply and consumption, fuel type, electrical supply, building, and safety requirements.
-
-
Our in-house Engineering and Design team will then provide you with a drawing of the feature for your review, additional edits (if necessary), and final approval when you are completely satisfied.
-
Manufacturing of the custom feature takes place at our Colorado facility ensuring outstanding quality and the fastest custom project delivery in the industry.
CUSTOM TREE-STYLE BURNER SYSTEM
The original request for this space was for a custom linear burner system. After reviewing the project specs, our design team suggested a way to more completely fill this custom space. Installing two Tree-Style CROSSFIRE® Brass Burners would deliver a thick "wall of flame."
Our team then worked with the contractor to create a two-piece custom plate to perfectly fit the burners and ensure the installation was quick and easy.

CUSTOM CIRCLE TREE-STYLE - 1.72 MILLION BTUs

The landscape architect for this project was asked to transform the area near the central building of a vineyard into an inviting space for guests to gather. What better way than a fire feature?
Featuring a 1.72 million BTU CROSSFIRE Brass Burner system, the architect transformed the area into a warm, welcoming space for guests to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery while enjoying the vineyard's award-winning wines.

ONE-OF-A-KIND DESIGN
A College Station homeowner wanted to incorporate a tribute to Texas in their landscape. Warming Trends designed and manufactured this unique and detailed fire feature.
Our team first created a plate drawing to fit within the customer's fire feature design and followed the exact state outline of Texas. Our custom experts then designed a one-of-a-kind 390K BTU burner that delivers the perfect flame pattern to fill the unique shape.
(The flame in the nighttime photo was reduced to candle-height to provide a clear view of the flame pattern and the outline of the masonry vessel.)

CUSTOM IN-GROUND DESIGN

With boulders already in place, the landscape designer was tasked with creating an in-ground fire feature to "weave" through them. The designer began by spray-painting a burner layout to complement the boulders and accentuate the space with fire. They then built a template with PVC pipe.
Once we received the template, our in-house design team provided jet location suggestions based on the project's BTU supply and considering the proximity to various boulders.
Once final drawings were approved, the custom 3-section burner system was machined, assembled, and quality tested in our Denver area facilities. The burner system was then installed and completed with black lava rock for a stunning display.
